Who is Allen STANFORD? Sir Robert Allen Stanford KCN (March 24, 1950) was a prominent financier just charged with FRAUD and multiple violations of US securities laws by the SEC. He was well known as his financial companies were prominent sponsors of professional sports and he enjoyed being indentified as a philanthropist. A fifth-generation Texan who resides in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, he holds dual citizenship, having become a citizen of Antigua and Barbuda ten years ago. Like his father, many criticize Lester BIRD for being corrupt.
